Shipping & Returns Policies

DELIVERY OF PRINTS 

Free shipping on all orders. Delivery is included in the price and was calculated at a flat rate.  

All Giclée Art Prints are safely packaged to ensure that they will withstand even the longest and bumpiest of voyages. We use high-quality, durable packaging and all parts are reusable and/or recyclable. If you have any problems receiving the print then please get in touch and we can track the package online. Tracking will automatically be made available when an account is created and the "Shop" app is downloaded. 

After purchase, orders will be shipped worldwide directly to you from the United Kingdom within 48 hours. The overall duration of the shipment will depend upon the relative proximity to London, UK. Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK from when the order is made and up to 3 weeks for international shipping. 

  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Upon receiving your return request we will then provide you with the appropriate address to ship your return to. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return a Giclée Art Print and the print never arrives with us, then we cannot offer a refund. 

If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.  

If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund.  

We will then email you with the address to send your return. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

We will send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery costs of the replacement. Or when choosing for a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be transferred back to your account.
